🧪 Two-Way CRM Sync is currently in Beta. It supports Contact and Company lists from HubSpot. It supports Contact, Lead, and Account list views from Salesforce.

Connect a list from your CRM to Wiza. Wiza imports new list members, finds the contact information you select, and syncs the results back to your CRM.

What Two-Way CRM Sync does

Two-Way CRM Sync creates a live, two-way connection between Wiza and the segments and lists you already use in your CRM.

You define which records need attention inside your CRM. Wiza enriches new list members and syncs the selected data back to the same records. Wiza does not remove existing Wiza rows when records leave the CRM list.

There's no need to export a CSV, upload it to a separate tool, and re-import the results. You set the workflow up once, and your contact data keeps moving between Wiza and your CRM on its own.

Two-Way CRM Sync currently supports HubSpot and Salesforce.

How It Works

The workflow always starts from a segment in your CRM:

  1. You define the segment — the contacts and accounts that need attention, using rules you already build in your CRM.

  2. Contacts flow into Wiza — anyone who enters that segment is picked up automatically.

  3. Wiza enriches them — it searches for the contact information you asked for and verifies it in real time.

  4. Results sync back — the updated data is written to the same CRM records.

  5. The connection stays live — Wiza checks the CRM list for new members. Wiza does not remove existing Wiza rows when records leave the CRM list.

Note: Your CRM rules control who enters the list. Wiza imports each new member once. If a processed record leaves and later rejoins, Wiza does not import it again.

Before you start

  • Connect HubSpot or Salesforce to Wiza.

  • Set that connection as your primary CRM integration.

  • Create or choose one CRM list. Two-Way CRM Sync is not available when you import multiple lists.

HubSpot supports Contact and Company lists. Salesforce supports Contact, Lead, and Account list views.

Set up Two-Way CRM Sync

  1. Click Create List on the Lists page in Wiza.

  2. Select CRM Integration.

  3. Choose HubSpot or Salesforce, and then select one list from your chosen CRM.

  4. Configure the contact or company information you want Wiza to find.

  5. Under Sync to CRM, select 2-way sync.

  6. For HubSpot, choose whether Wiza should set you as the owner on unassigned records.

  7. Review the settings and start the list enrichment.

Check, pause, or resume the connection

Open the Wiza list to see when Wiza last checked the CRM list. Select the refresh icon to check for new members now.

Open the list actions menu. Select Pause 2-way CRM sync or Resume 2-way CRM sync.

Ways to Use It

Because the workflow begins with a segment in your CRM, you can shape Two-Way CRM Sync around processes your team already runs. A few of the most common:

  • Find missing phone numbers. Create a segment for new users or leads whose phone number is blank. Wiza finds the numbers and syncs them back so your team can call every new signup.

  • Fix incorrect data the moment a rep flags it. Build a segment for contacts a rep has marked as having a wrong number. When they flag it, the contact enters the segment, Wiza finds and verifies an updated number, and writes it back to the same record.

  • Replace bounced emails automatically. When an email stops working, the contact enters your connected segment, Wiza finds the current work email, and replaces it in your CRM.

  • Re-engage old leads and opportunities. Point a segment at people who booked a demo but didn't convert, closed-lost prospects, or former customers, and enrich them with current contact information.

  • Keep priority accounts fresh. Use a separate List Automation to refresh data for important accounts on a schedule.

The same idea applies to any missing field, outdated record, or group you can define in your CRM — contacts who changed companies, incomplete new-lead records, and more. Your CRM segments decide who enters the workflow; Wiza handles the enrichment and returns the updated data.

Using Two-Way CRM Sync with the Wiza Extension

LinkedIn has tightened what third-party browser extensions can do, so Wiza no longer builds lists directly from Sales Navigator or LinkedIn search results. Two-Way CRM Sync is one of the ways to keep enriching at scale — alongside Wiza Prospect (Wiza's own search and database) and CSV upload.

If your team already pushes leads from Sales Navigator into your CRM — a native LinkedIn-to-CRM capability — you can point a Two-Way CRM Sync at the CRM segment those contacts land in. New contacts that arrive there get enriched by Wiza automatically and written back, turning LinkedIn → your CRM → Wiza into a hands-off pipeline.

Note: The Sales Navigator → CRM step depends on your own LinkedIn and CRM plans (for example, higher Sales Navigator and CRM tiers). Wiza's enrichment then runs on whatever contacts land in the connected segment. If you're not sure whether your plans support this, reach out and we'll help you check.

FAQ

Which CRMs does this work with?

HubSpot and Salesforce.

Do I have to keep re-uploading my list?

No. You connect the segment once and it stays live — new contacts that enter the segment are picked up automatically.

What gets written back to my CRM?

The contact information you selected (such as verified work emails and phone numbers), synced to the same records the contacts already live on.

What happens when a contact leaves the segment?

Wiza does not remove the existing row from the Wiza list. If the record later rejoins the CRM list, Wiza does not import it again.

Does Wiza check the CRM list automatically?

Yes. Wiza checks active Two-Way CRM Sync connections about once per hour. Select the refresh icon to check for new members now.

Can I refresh existing Wiza rows on a schedule?

Yes. Use a separate List Automation to schedule a data refresh. This is separate from the CRM list membership check.

How is this different from auto-syncing an export to my CRM?

Auto-Sync pushes a finished Wiza list into your CRM one time, when the list completes. Two-Way CRM Sync is an ongoing, two-way connection tied to a CRM segment — it keeps enriching contacts as they enter that segment, with no re-export needed.

💡 In short: Two-Way CRM Sync delivers Wiza's enrichment power without the repetitive list exports. Your CRM segments decide who enters the workflow, and Wiza returns verified, up-to-date contact data to the same records automatically — so your team never has to maintain every record by hand.
