Gone are the days of having to go to your CRM, find a list, download it via CSV and upload it for enrichment. In this article, we'll go through step by step, exactly how you can successfully get that contact list from your CRM into Wiza.

First off, you'll want to make sure that this is enabled under your account. You can find out by simply going to 'Create List', under the 'Lists' page in your Wiza account. If you don't see CRM integration on the far right, as shown in the screenshot below, you can request access via live chat support or contact hello@wiza.com for more info.

CRM Integration

Log Into Your Account and Access the Lists Page

To start, make sure you're logged into your account and navigate to the 'Lists' page in your account.

Lists

Create a New List

Once that's done, head to the purple 'Create List' button shown in the screenshot here.

Create List

Enable and Select Your CRM Integration

If the CRM Integration is enabled—as mentioned earlier in this article—you’ll see the option appear as shown below. You can then press 'Select CRM'.

CRM Integration

Choose Your Connected CRM

You’ll then see a list of available CRM options to choose from. If you’re already connected, you’ll see an ‘Add Contacts >’ button—just like the HubSpot example shown in the screenshot.

Add Contacts

Start a Scan and Select Your Contact List

You’ll then be taken to a ‘Start a Scan’ page. Click on the connected CRM you’d like to pull contact lists from, and once selected, all available lists will populate in the centre of the screen.

Connected CRMs

You can then search for a list by name, select all or scroll and select the desired list you wish to import. You'll then hit 'Next >'

Next

Customize List Settings and Launch

From here, the process should feel familiar if you’ve exported lists before: select your output, name your list, choose the accepted email types, and indicate whether phone numbers are required. Be sure to leave ‘Skip duplicates’ enabled to avoid being charged for contacts you already have—then launch your list!

Next Steps After Export

From there, you’re free to take the next step—download the CSV, import it back into your CRM, add the contacts to Monitor—whatever suits your workflow!
