What is Creatio used for with Wiza?
In a nutshell, Creatio enables seamless integration for users prospecting with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and exporting contacts and accounts with Wiza. Once set up, contact and account data from Wiza is automatically imported into Creatio without any manual input. This automation ensures that all relevant contact information, such as names, job titles, phone numbers, emails, company info, and addresses, is accurately and efficiently transferred to your CRM, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

Install the Wiza Connector for Creatio
To install the Wiza connector, follow the instructions in the Creatio documentation: Install apps from the Marketplace. Download the app via this link: Wiza LinkedIn Integration.
Select 'Packages' once you've selected 'Install' and then Download. This will download a custom zip file, which would be the Wiza Application, which then gets imported into the 'Application Hub' in Creatio.
To add Wiza to your Application Hub, go to Customer360 in Creatio and select the Settings icon to the left.
Scroll to the 'Application Management' and select 'Application Hub'.
Select '+ New application' to add Wiza.
Scroll down until you find 'Install from file'
Once these steps are complete, you should see the Wiza application amongst the other applications living in your hub.
Set Up the Wiza Connector
Once you've successfully added Wiza as an application in Creatio, you can set up the connection.
Connect the Webhook Service to Creatio:
To get the Webhook URL, click Wiza β Click to get your Webhook URL. The URL is automatically copied.
Add Webhook URL and API Key:
Go to Wiza API Settings.
Paste the copied Webhook URL into the "Webhook URL" field and click Save.
Copy the API Key from the same page.
Return to Creatio, and paste the API Key into the "Wiza API Key" field under Web Forms and Pages. Click Save.
If you've successfully completed the connection process, all contact and account information that is exported from a list in Sales Navigator, will automatically import into your Creatio.
