Detecting CRM Matches with the Wiza Extension

CRM Contact Recognition

  • When viewing a LinkedIn profile, the Wiza Extension will automatically detect if that contact already exists in your connected CRM (currently HubSpot and Salesforce).

  • If there’s a match, contact details from your CRM will be shown right within the extension.


Add or Update Contacts

  • You can add profiles as new contacts directly from the extension with one click.

  • If the contact already exists, simply sync to update the CRM record with the latest info from Wiza.


Manual Matching

  • In case the automatic match isn’t quite right, you have full control to manually link or unlink a CRM contact from the LinkedIn profile.


CRM Match Indicator

  • A CRM icon will appear beside any profiles that may already exist in your CRM—this includes during searches and on recommended profiles.

  • Works seamlessly across regular LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
