Master your lists page to master Wiza

The Lists page will likely become one of the most frequent areas of your Wiza account. It centralizes all the lists you've exported or uploaded, offering functions like syncing data to your CRM, downloading results, and more. This hub is designed to streamline your workflow and enhance your productivity.

How do I create a list?

If you still need to explore this, you can start creating lists by selecting 'Create List' at the top right of your screen. Wiza allows you to bulk export leads from Wiza Prospect as well.

Additionally, you have the option to find contacts individually and gradually build a list of leads using our LinkedIn plugin or through Prospect. For more details, please refer to the links embedded in the text above and the button below.

The 'Create List' button allows you to open Sales Navigator or upload your CSV.

Your lists explained

Whenever you export a list, it will be shown as it is in the image below.


Starting from the top, you’ll notice that your list is marked as completed, along with the completion time. If you need the exact time, hover your mouse over the time displayed.


You'll also see a graph that displays the number of people in the list and categorizes emails into valid, risky, and unfound. If you'd like to learn more about our verification process and what these categories mean, please visit the linked article.

To download the CSV, click the download button located to the right of the number. For more information, please see the link below.

If you're trying to connect to your CRM and push the data into your database, select no push at the bottom to pull up the options.

Folders are where your lists live. You can make multiple folders for different types of campaigns to keep organized. You have the option to view, edit, download, and delete folders.
