The Lists page will likely become one of the most frequent areas of your Wiza account. It centralizes all the lists you've exported or uploaded, offering functions like syncing data to your CRM, downloading results, and more. This hub is designed to streamline your workflow and enhance your productivity.

How do I create a list?
To create a list, select Create List at the top right of the Lists page.
From there, choose the source that matches your workflow: upload a CSV, prospect on LinkedIn with the Chrome extension, build a list in Wiza Prospect, or import from a connected CRM when available.

Your lists explained
Whenever you export a list, it will be shown as it is in the image below.
The graph above shows the total number of people in the list, with emails categorized as valid, risky, or unfound. To learn more about our verification process and what each category means, please visit the linked article.
To download the CSV, click the download button located to the right of the number. For more information, please see the link below.
If you're trying to connect to your CRM and push the data into your database, select 'Sync Contacts' at the bottom to pull up the options.

Everything about folders
Folders are where your lists live. You can make multiple folders for different types of campaigns to keep organized. You have the option to view, edit, download, and delete folders.

Viewing your team's lists
In addition to your lists, you can also access your team's lists. If you're part of a team, navigate to their folders to explore their exports.
If you're not currently part of a team but want to create one, here's an article that guides you through the process of creating a team.
Search and filter lists
Use search to find a list by name. You can also use the feature filter to show All lists, lists with Automations, or lists with 2-way CRM sync. Clear the search or choose All if you do not see the list you need.
