Auto-sync to CRM sends enriched contacts directly to your primary CRM integration as soon as the list finishes processing with no extra steps required! Once your list is complete, Wiza handles the sync automatically, helping you save time and keep your workflow running efficiently.


How to Enable Auto-Sync

You can enable auto-sync directly during the list export process. When exporting from Prospect, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter, after selecting your output, you'll be on the Configure page. Then, under Additional Options, you’ll see the setting to automatically sync to your CRM.

Check the “Auto-sync to CRM” box during the export process on the configure page.

Once checked, make sure you choose what type of contacts to sync, by clicking the drop down menu under Sync contacts:

  • Valid only

  • Valid + Risky

  • All contacts

Wiza will automatically sync the contacts as soon as enrichment finishes so there's no further action required!


Is Auto-sync saved for future exports?

Your choices are saved and will be used as defaults on future lists, so you don’t have to enable Auto-sync every time.
