Meet your new secret weapon in Wiza Prospect: AI columns. In just a few steps, you’ll be adding custom fields, uncovering fresh insights, and much more.
What Are AI Columns?
AI Columns let you insert your own custom questions into your contact or company searches. You can ask specific questions about the people or companies you're prospecting and have the AI fill in the answers.
How to Add an AI Column
Insert Your Question: When you're in a contact or company search, you’ll see an option to 'Add AI column'.
Here, you can type any question related to the data you want—such as details about a company’s size, a contact’s role, or any other info you need.
Name Your Column: Give your new AI column a name so you can easily identify it in your results.
Choose a Response Format: You can decide how you'd like the AI to respond. The available formats include Yes/No answers, numerical responses, or short text answers.
Enriching Your Data
Once you've added your AI columns, you have two ways to enrich your data:
Individual Enrichment: You can enrich each contact or company individually by clicking 'Enrich with AI' one record at a time.
Page Enrichment: Alternatively, you can enrich an entire page of results at once by hitting the 'Play' button. Below is an image to show you exactly where to find it.
Viewing more details about an AI answer
Each response will also have a small information icon next to it. Clicking on this icon will give you more details about how the AI arrived at that response.
In some cases, if the AI can’t find the information, the status will show as “unknown.”
You can use the info icon to understand why the data wasn’t found or choose to remove that column if you prefer.
Exporting AI Column Data
Once you've enriched your contacts or companies with AI columns, exporting your results is seamless. When you download your list as a CSV file, all AI-generated columns will appear alongside your standard Wiza fields.
This makes it easy to bring your enriched insights directly into your CRM, spreadsheet, or workflow tool of choice.
