How to Export Companies from Prospect

With Wiza Prospect, you can quickly filter and export enriched company data directly — perfect for building targeted account lists without needing to pull individual contacts. The process is simple: apply your filters, review the results, and launch your export. Once complete, you’ll have a ready-to-use list of companies that meets your exact criteria.

From the Companies tab in Prospect, use the filters on the left to narrow down your search by criteria such as Business Name, HQ Location, Industry/NAICS, Headcount, Revenue, Year Founded, Funding details, Company Type, and Summary Keywords.

Once your filters are applied, the results table will list companies along with key info like location, industry, headcount, and revenue.

Also, next to each company, you’ll also see a Find Contacts button.

Clicking this will take you directly to the contacts page for that company, where you can view and prospect employees without having to run a new search.

Once you’ve exported the companies, start by naming your list so it’s easy to find later. Next, choose the folder where it will be saved, confirm how many companies you want to enrich, and leave Skip duplicates checked to avoid re-enriching the same ones.

On the launch screen, you’ll see the source set to Wiza Prospect, with the output type as Company only. The maximum number of companies will be based on your filtered results, along with the estimated time to finish and the credits required. Once everything looks good, click Start scan now to begin.

Once started, Wiza will begin enriching your selected companies. You can monitor the progress in real time. You'll know when it's done as it will state 'Finished' at the top of the card, to which you can then download the CSV.
