How to Continue a Previous List in Prospect

Wiza Prospect makes it easy to pick up right where you left off — no need to start a new search or worry about tracking which leads you’ve already exported.

With the Continue Previous Lists feature, you can resume building or exporting from any of your past lists, and Wiza will automatically skip any leads that were already exported. This helps you stay organized and efficient while keeping your outreach clean and up to date.

Go to Wiza Prospect and scroll down past the filters until you see the Continue Previous Lists section shown in the image below.

From there, you can click the dropdown box to view your available lists. Select the list you want to continue then Wiza will load your progress and automatically populate new leads from where you last stopped.

If you don’t see a list available in Continue Previous Lists, it’s usually because of how that list was originally exported.

The Continue Previous Lists feature only works for lists that were exported using one of the following methods:

If leads were manually selected one by one from Prospect and exported that way, Wiza isn’t able to track the list as a continuous export. Because of that, those lists won’t appear in the Continue Previous Lists dropdown.

Why this happens Continue Previous Lists relies on Wiza knowing the full order of results from the original search. Manual selections don’t preserve that sequence, so the list can’t be resumed automatically.
