This Managing your Prospect view so that you can easily access certain columns that are a priority to you. Sort and reorder columns to better organize and analyze your data the way you want.
Sorting Columns
You can sort most Prospect columns in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header. This sorting applies to your entire result set, not just the visible page.
Reordering Columns
If you need certain details to appear first, you can move columns left or right as shown in the image above in the sorting section. You can also manage to do this if you open the Column Settings menu and drag the columns into the order you prefer.
Hiding & Adding Columns
You can also keep your Prospect view clean by showing only the data you care about as you briefly saw in the sorting section image. You can also click the Column Settings button, then add or remove columns from the list. Once you’ve finished customizing your view, click Save to apply your changes. If you ever want to go back to the original setup, you can select Reset to Default.
Once you’ve customized your columns, your choices stick.
All changes apply to every Prospect search you make—whether for contacts or companies.
This ensures your workflow remains consistent without having to reconfigure each time.
