The Actions column in Prospect is helpful when you want to take specific steps for a prospect. In this article, we’ll walk through what you can do within this column and how to make the most of it.
Add, Sync, or Link Contacts to Your CRM
If you're connected to HubSpot or Salesforce, there's a number of options. See the screenshot below.
In the example above, I'm connected to HubSpot. You can choose to + Add as Contact once you've revealed their email—or both their email and phone number. If you recognize the contact and believe they already exist in your CRM, you can instead Link to Existing Record.
If your CRM is highlighted (as shown in the screenshot below), it means the contact already exists in your CRM. In this case, you’ll have a few options:

View LinkedIn Profile
Next to the CRM import action, you’ll see the prospect’s LinkedIn profile for quick and easy access to their full profile. See the screenshot below to locate.
Monitor Contact
If you're on a trial or a paid Monitor plan, you'll have access to Monitor. You can add any contact by clicking the button shown at the bottom.

Just like opening a prospect’s LinkedIn profile, you can view their profile directly within Prospect to review their work history, current role, and more.
