Wiza Prospect gives you several ways to act on a person or company without leaving your search results. You can reveal contact information, sync records to connected tools, add people to sequences or cadences, open LinkedIn, monitor contacts, and save revealed prospects to a list.

What you see depends on your setup. Integration, sequencing, phone, and Monitor actions only appear when your account has an eligible connection, feature, and the required permissions.

Where to find actions in Prospect

Most actions appear directly in the Prospect table:

  • Contact info — reveal a work email, phone number, or both.

  • Integration — add, sync, link, or open a person or company in a connected CRM or sales tool.

  • Sequence or cadence — add a person to an eligible outreach workflow.

  • Profile actions — open LinkedIn or add an eligible person to Monitor.

The old Actions column is now called Integration. If a column is not visible, open Column settings to add it to your table. Some columns only become available after you connect the relevant integration or activate the related feature.

Reveal contact information

Use the Contact info column to reveal:

  • Work email and phone

  • Work email only

  • Phone only

Open the dropdown beside the reveal button to choose an option. Wiza saves your selection as the default for future reveals. If you reveal only one type of data, you can reveal the missing email or phone later.

Phone options are unavailable when phone enrichment is disabled for your account. In the full prospect profile, you may also be able to select Personal email.

Add, sync, or link a person to an integration

The Integration column shows actions for your connected system. Eligible connections include Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Zoho CRM, Salesloft, Pipedrive, and Attio. Zapier and Clay actions may also appear when those workflows are configured.

Available actions include:

  • Add as Contact, Lead, Prospect, or Person — create a new record. The label depends on the connected system.

  • Sync — update the connected record with the prospect data available in Wiza.

  • Link to existing record — associate the Wiza prospect with a record that already exists in the connected system.

  • View in — open the connected record in a new tab.

If the person has not been revealed yet, Wiza can reveal their email or phone and email and then complete the add or sync action automatically. When a system supports more than one record type, such as Contact or Lead, Wiza asks you which type to use.

Sync and link are different: Sync sends Wiza data to the connected record. Link tells Wiza which existing record belongs to the prospect.

Add a person to a sequence or cadence

When your account has a supported sequencing connection, a Sequence or Cadence column appears in Prospect.

Select Add to sequence or Add to cadence, then:

  1. Choose the sequence or cadence.

  2. If the person has not been revealed, choose Email only or Email & Phone.

  3. Choose a CRM record type when prompted.

  4. For Outreach, choose the mailbox that should send the emails.

  5. Select Start Sync.

Wiza syncs the person to the required system and adds them to the selected outreach workflow. Afterward, the action shows that they were added and may provide a link to view the record in the connected tool.

Open LinkedIn and monitor a contact

Use the LinkedIn icon beside a person to open their LinkedIn profile in a new tab. If Wiza could not find a LinkedIn profile, the icon is unavailable.

Accounts with a Monitor trial or paid Monitor plan also see a Monitor action. Select it to start monitoring an eligible person. The action is unavailable when the person does not have a LinkedIn profile, and it changes to show when the person is already being monitored.

Use the full prospect profile

Select a person's name to open their full profile in Prospect. From there, you can review their current role, work history, and other available details.

The full profile also lets you:

  • Reveal available work email, phone, and personal email data.

  • Save a revealed prospect to a list.

  • Choose whether to sync the person to your CRM while saving.

  • Open the saved list.

  • Use Forget lead to remove the revealed prospect from Wiza Prospect.

Actions for companies

Company prospecting has its own Integration actions. Depending on the connected system, you can:

  • Add as Company, Account, or Organization

  • Sync the company record

  • View the company in the connected system

The wording changes to match the terminology used by your integration.

If an action is missing

  • Open Column settings and confirm that the relevant column is enabled.

  • Check that the required CRM, sales, or sequencing tool is connected.

  • Reconnect the integration if Wiza reports missing permissions.

  • Confirm that your account includes phone enrichment or Monitor if you need those actions.
