đ§Ș Wiza Anywhere is currently in Beta. It is designed for supported company websites. Wiza Anywhere does not run on LinkedIn, Wiza, or Wiza app pages. On LinkedIn, use the floating Wiza icon to open the LinkedIn side panel.
Wiza Anywhere brings Wiza into the Chrome side panel. Review a company, find contacts, reveal contact information, and create a list without leaving the company website.
Before you start
Install or update the Wiza Chrome extension.
You may also want to pin the extension.
Allow website access
Open the Wiza side panel on a company website.
Select Allow access.
Approve the Chrome permission request.
Alternatively, you can also click on the settings icon, find Wiza Anywhere, and select Allow access.
You can return to Settings at any time to turn Wiza Anywhere on or off.
Find prospects on a company website
Visit the company website you want to research.
Open the Wiza side panel.
Review the company details Wiza finds.
Select Contacts.
Review the available contacts or enter a search such as sales leaders to narrow the results.
Select the contacts you want to add to an enriched list.
Click on Create list.
Wiza opens the list setup page in a new tab. Choose the information to find, review the settings, and start the list.
Tip: Select Select all to select the contacts shown. Select Load more to review more contacts.
Reveal contact information
Each contact card has reveal controls. Choose Reveal Work Email, Reveal Phone, or Reveal Work Email & Phone.
If you connected a supported CRM, you can also sync a contact from the contact card.
Contact availability varies by person and company. Wiza uses the applicable credit when you request contact information.
Troubleshooting
I do not see Wiza Anywhere
Make sure that:
The Wiza Chrome extension is installed and up to date.
You are logged in to Wiza.
Wiza Anywhere is enabled in the extension Settings.
You selected Allow access when Chrome requested permission.
You are on a supported company website. The floating Wiza button does not appear on LinkedIn, Wiza, or app subdomain pages.
Wiza shows No company found
Wiza couldn't match the current website to a company. Try another company website, or check that the page URL is correct.
Contacts are unavailable
Select Try again. If the message continues, refresh the company website and reopen the Wiza side panel.
I cannot find the contact I need
Use the contact search field to describe the people you want, such as "marketing leaders" or "VP sales". If no results match, try a broader search.
I cannot reveal contact information
Make sure you're signed in to Wiza and that your account has available credits for the information you're requesting.
