Looking to stop your recurring monthly payments temporarily? This guide will walk you through how to pause your Wiza plan. Please note that the pause option is only available for monthly plans—yearly plans do not offer this feature.
Step-by-Step Guide to Pausing Your Plan
Log into your account: Start by logging into your Wiza account.
Navigate to account settings: Once you’re logged in, head to the top right-hand corner of the page. You should either see your initials. Click on that to open your account settings.
Go to Billing: In your account settings, look for the “Billing” section. Clicking on this will bring you to a page where you can view your plan details, payment information, renewal date, and more.
Select the “Change” button: You will see a “Change” button under your current subscription plan. Clicking this will take you to a page where you can modify your plan.
Choose the cancel option: On the plan modification page, you’ll see options to add a seat or cancel. Select the “Cancel” option.
Pause your plan: After selecting “Cancel,” a prompt will appear with the option to pause your plan. You can then choose the duration you’d like to pause it.
Following these steps, you can easily pause your monthly plan and manage your subscription.
Will I still have access to my credits while my plan is paused?
Any remaining credits in your account during pausing will remain accessible for the entire pause duration, allowing you to use them as needed.
