If your Wiza account has been paused, it’s likely due to a missed payment—this could be for your subscription renewal or overage charges (such as additional email or phone credits). Until the payment is made, your account will remain paused, and you won’t be able to access Wiza’s features.
How to Resume Your Account
To reactivate your account, follow these steps:
Look for the banner at the top of your Wiza dashboard.
Click "Retry Payment" to attempt the charge again.
If needed, update your payment method by adding a new card under Billing in your account settings.
Once the payment is successful, your account will be restored immediately.
Why Did I Get Charged for Emails/Phones?
Wiza allows users to purchase emails and phone numbers on a pay-as-you-go basis beyond your plan at $0.15 per email credit and $0.35 per phone credit.
