How to Delete Your Account

Everything you need to know about deleting your account

If you’ve decided to close your Wiza account, you can do so directly from your account settings. Follow the steps below to ensure the process is completed properly.


Open your profile settings

From your main Wiza dashboard or anywhere from your account, click on your profile icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.

From the dropdown menu, select the first option, which is Settings.


Access your account settings page

You’ll now be on your Profile page, where you can view and edit your personal and account information.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of this page to find the “Close account” button in red.


Review the account closure confirmation

Clicking “Close account” will display a confirmation screen that explains what will happen once your account is deleted.

Closing your account will permanently remove your data and revoke your access to Wiza. Specifically, you will lose access to:

  • All lists of contacts and companies

  • All usage reports and billing documents

  • All integrations and settings

  • Your active plan (it will be cancelled immediately)

  • Any remaining credits under your account (they will become invalid right away)


Confirm the deletion

To finalize, you’ll be prompted to:

  1. Enter your account email address.

  2. Check the box confirming you understand that your account will be closed and you will lose access to all your data.

  3. Click “Close my account.”

Once submitted, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted.

Note: This action cannot be undone. Please ensure you’ve downloaded any necessary data before closing your account.
