Sometimes, depending on the information you're enriching, a list can take longer than normal to process.
How long should a list normally take?
On average, expect around 2–4 minutes per 100 contacts, depending on the enrichment level (no email, email only, or email and phone). From there, you can judge whether your list is taking longer than expected.
What you can do
Keep your list running. Even if it seems stuck or slow, don't cancel it — an active list lets our team investigate what's actually happening.
Check your source and filters. If you're exporting from Sales Navigator, Recruiter, or Prospect with many filters applied, that can increase processing time. Reducing the number of filters can help.
