In this article, we’ll cover everything you need to know about usage analytics in your Wiza account. The process is consistent across all paid plans, with only a few minor differences for team accounts—which we’ll highlight below. Head to your dashboard and follow along here:
Analytics
The first section you’ll see is Analytics. Here, you can choose the specific user (if you're part of a team), set the desired time frame, and toggle between chart or table view. Let’s break down the summary cards shown in the screenshot below.
Email Credits Used – If you're on a credit-based plan (not unlimited), one email credit is deducted for every valid email found.
Phone Credits Used – Similarly, if you're on a credit-based plan, one phone credit is used for each contact that returns with at least one phone number.
Export Credits Used – Export credits apply to users on unlimited plans and are used when exporting lists. One export credit equals one person per list.
For more details on export credits, check out the resource below:
API Credits Used – For users with API access, this shows a general overview of how many API credits have been consumed.
Contacts Created – Displays the total number of contacts generated through Wiza, across all methods.

Data Revealed
In the Data Revealed section, you'll see contact information revealed over time, broken down by type. In chart view, a bar graph displays the volume of data revealed by date. Hovering over each bar shows a detailed breakdown for that specific day—either for your individual usage or your team’s, depending on your view.
To the right, you'll also see the overall percentage of emails and phone numbers found.
In table view, you’ll see a detailed log that includes the date, user email, user name, emails revealed, and phones revealed—along with the corresponding info listed beneath the columns.
If you scroll all the way to the bottom, you will also get a total number rather than the day by day breakdown.
Contacts Created
The Contacts Created section shows the total number of contacts generated over time. Like the previous section, you'll see a bar graph with a day-by-day breakdown when in chart view.
In table view, you’ll see the same breakdown without the visual graph. As mentioned earlier, this includes the date, user email, user name, and number of contacts created.
Instead of a day-by-day breakdown, a total count is displayed at the bottom of the table.
Credits Deducted
Finally, there's the Credits Deducted section. As the name suggests, this shows the credits used based on your subscription. In chart view, you can hover over each bar to see a breakdown of the specific credit types consumed on that day, along with the total number used.
In table view, you’ll see a detailed breakdown that includes the date, user email, user name, and the number of credits deducted—categorized by email, phone, export, and API credits.
The total number is at the bottom of the report.
Where can I download these reports?
To download a report, switch to table view as shown in the screenshot below. From there, navigate to any of the categories we covered and click on the ‘Download as CSV’ option.
The download will reflect the filters you’ve set—so if you selected the last 90 days and a specific user, the report will only include data for that user within that timeframe.
