Direct exports from LinkedIn Sales Navigator are no longer available. For bulk lead searches and exports, use Wiza Prospect.
What changed?
You can no longer use the Wiza Chrome extension to:
Export a Sales Navigator search
Export a Sales Navigator Lead List or Account List
Select multiple people or companies from a results page
Create a Wiza list from Sales Navigator results
Your existing Wiza lists remain available. Your plan, credits, CRM connections, and other integrations have not changed.
Can I still use Wiza with Sales Navigator?
Yes. You can still use Wiza on individual people and company profiles.
Open the full profile and select the floating Wiza icon on the right side of your browser. The Wiza side panel lets you:
Find a person’s contact information
Add an individual contact to a Wiza list
Send a contact to your connected CRM
View and sync company information
Wiza does not support the preview panels that open inside Sales Navigator results. You must open the full person or company profile.
Build and export lists with Wiza Prospect
For bulk prospecting, use Wiza Prospect instead of exporting a Sales Navigator search.
Wiza Prospect lets you search Wiza’s professional database and filter people by criteria such as:
Job title and seniority
Location
Industry
Company size
Skills and education
Current and past companies
You can then create a list, enrich it with contact information, download the results, or send the contacts to a connected integration.
If you already have LinkedIn profile URLs in a spreadsheet, you can also upload them to Wiza as a CSV.
