⚠️ LinkedIn export update
Direct exports from Sales Navigator Account Lists and account searches are no longer available. Use Wiza Prospect to search, enrich, and export company lists.
LinkedIn has changed what third-party Chrome extensions can do on its platform. As a result, Wiza no longer supports bulk company exports from LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
This change applies to all Wiza accounts and plans.
What changed?
You can no longer use the Wiza Chrome extension to:
Export companies from a Sales Navigator account search
Export companies from a Sales Navigator Account List
Select multiple companies from a results page
Create a Wiza company list from Sales Navigator
Your existing Wiza lists remain available. Your plan, credits, CRM connections, and other integrations have not changed.
Can I still use Wiza on company profiles?
Yes. You can still use Wiza with one company at a time.
Open the company’s full profile and select the floating Wiza icon on the right side of your browser. The Wiza side panel lets you:
View available company information
Find people who work at the company
Sync the company to your connected CRM
Wiza does not support the company preview panels inside Sales Navigator. You must open the full company profile.
Build and export company lists with Wiza Prospect
For bulk company searches, use Wiza Prospect instead of exporting an Account List from Sales Navigator.
Select the Companies tab in Wiza Prospect. You can then filter companies by criteria such as:
Company name
Headquarters location
Industry
Employee headcount
Revenue
Technologies
Funding
Company type
Review the results and select the companies you want to export. You can then create a list, download the company data, or sync it to a connected integration.
Already have a list of companies?
If you already have company names or domains, you can upload them to Wiza Prospect. Use the bulk company search to find those companies and identify relevant contacts.
