Wiza sets limits on how many contact profiles you can enrich in a short time frame to ensure fair usage and system stability. These restrictions apply to all users, including those on unlimited plans, and are designed to prevent misuse while keeping the platform secure and efficient for everyone.
In this article, we’ll break down why these limits exist, how they’re applied, and how you can avoid hitting them.
Why Do These Limits Exist?
These limits are in place to protect Wiza from abuse, such as automated scraping or mass enrichment across multiple accounts. When too many contact reveals happen in a short period, it can signal suspicious activity and put unnecessary strain on the platform.
To maintain integrity and fairness, Wiza enforces rate limits—especially for users on unlimited plans—to ensure everyone has reliable access without degrading system performance.
What Are the Limits?
For users on unlimited plans, Wiza currently enforces the following reveal thresholds:
500 contact reveals per 24 hours
50 contact reveals within any 5-minute period
If you exceed either limit, Wiza will temporarily pause your ability to reveal more contacts until the rate window resets. For the daily limit, this means waiting until the next day.
How Are These Limits Applied?
These rate limits are enforced automatically and equally across all unlimited accounts. They cannot be adjusted or increased manually. If you hit a limit, you’ll need to wait until the reset period before resuming contact reveals.
This approach ensures a level playing field for all users and protects the platform from excessive or unintended use.
