Finding valid contact info in bulk using Wiza is quite simple — this article will teach you how.
IMPORTANT: Add the Wiza Chrome Extension
Firstly, you need the Chrome extension in order to connect Wiza with your LinkedIn. If you don't have this, it won't be possible to use Wiza. Click below to download it now.
1. Click 'Lists'
2. Click 'Start a scan'
3. Click 'Open Sales Navigator'
4. Use the available lead filters to refine your search

A note on Sales Navigator's result limits
Sales Navigator caps how many results you can see (and therefore export) based on the filters you've applied:
Standard searches: up to 2,500 results (page 100)
Searches using the Connections of filter: up to 1,000 results (page 40)
If your search returns more than the cap, Wiza will only be able to export up to the visible limit. To get the rest, narrow your search with additional filters (Geography, Industry, Function, Seniority, etc.) so each segment falls under the cap, then run separate exports. 5. Once you are satisfied with your search, click 'Export leads with Wiza'
Remember, there is NO need to checkmark or Select all, Wiza will export all the results from your entire search.
Want to be more targeted?
You may also click 'Save' next to each lead to save them to a Sales Navigator Lead List.
6. Select your desired output

7. Name your list and select the desired folder location.
8. Confirm the number of leads (results) to export and if you wish to skip duplicates
The 'number of contacts to scrape' is auto-filled with the number of results from LinkedIn.
Enabling 'Skip duplicates' will skip any people within that folder that you have previously exported.
9. Select the desired email types
Wiza will prioritize work emails. If no valid work email is available, Wiza will look for a personal email.
If no valid personal email is found, Wiza will look for any generic company emails (ex. info@wiza.co).
If you only want work emails, make sure that is the only type selected
10. Click 'Next step'
12. Review and click 'Start scan now'
13. Your list will begin scraping
14. Your list is ready!
Click the tile to view your contacts.
To view all of the contact fields provided, click 'Get' to download a .CSV file with your data.
Have a CRM, select the dropdown menu to send the data directly to your CRM.
