Your Wiza credits reset based on your billing date, not the calendar month. This applies to all plans, including:
Unlimited Plan
Monthly Email Plan
Monthly Email + Phone Plan
ALL Custom Plans
How Do I Check The Credit Reset Date?
To find out when your credits reset, follow these steps:
Log into your Wiza account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select "Billing."
Scroll down to view your subscription renewal date. Just to the left, under the Edit button, you’ll see how many credits you have remaining. Directly below that, you’ll find the date when your credits will reset.
Why Billing Date Matters
Since Wiza credits reset based on your billing cycle, not the start of a new month, your usage may vary depending on when you signed up. Always check your billing section to stay informed.
