You’re likely reading this because you're either considering an unlimited plan and wondering, "What are export credits?" or you're already on one and want more information. Either way, we're here to clarify everything for you.
In this article:
When Are Export Credits Deducted?
Export credits are required when processing a list, whether it’s a lead list or an account list. Each prospect that appears in the list will deduct an export credit.
This applies to all returned leads or companies, regardless of the verification process—each one will consume an export credit. Below are the different processes that would deduct an export credit.
Exporting from Wiza Prospect
Exporting from Linkedin Sales Nav Search
Exporting from Linkedin Sales Nav Lead List
Exporting from Linkedin Sales Nav Account List
Exporting from Linkedin Recruiter Search
Exporting from Linkedin Recruiter Project Pipeline
CSV Upload
Why Does the Unlimited Plan Include Export Credits?
We have this process in place to prevent misuse of the unlimited plan. Each prospect on your list undergoes a thorough AI-driven process to gather their information. This extends beyond just emails and phone numbers—additional valuable data is also included in the CSV.

Are We Deducted Export Credits for Duplicates?
Duplicates are a common concern—after all, who wants to pay for information they already have? I know I wouldn’t. Fortunately, export credits are NOT deducted for people who have already been exported or saved to your Wiza account.
How to Get Additional Export Credits?
We recognize that some users may need more export credits than what's provided with a single license. If that applies to you, simply reach out to us through our live chat, and we'll provide information on how to obtain additional credits.
Do Export Credits Apply to Lists Without Emails or Phone Numbers?
Yes, export credits are also used for 'No Email' exports, with a limit of 10,000 per month. This limit applies to all plans, regardless of which one you're on. So, whether you have a plan with a set number of email or email and phone credits, the cap remains 10,000 contacts exported without an email or phone number.
Do Export Credits Apply to Monthly Email and Phone Credit Plans?
If you're on a monthly plan with a set number of email or email + phone credits, export credits do NOT apply to these lists. Instead, you're charged overage fees if you exceed your allotted email or phone credits.
