There could be several reasons why you're facing this issue. First, ensure you're fully logged into your Wiza account. Once confirmed, check the following steps outlined in this article.

The Wiza side panel uses your Wiza session. Chrome site-data settings can prevent the panel from keeping that session.

1. Sign in inside the side panel

  1. Open LinkedIn.

  2. Select the floating Wiza icon.

  3. Complete the Wiza login shown in the side panel.

  4. Use SSO when your organization requires it.

2. Confirm the same Chrome profile

Make sure Wiza and LinkedIn are open in the same Chrome profile. A session from another Chrome profile is not shared.

3. Allow site data for Wiza and LinkedIn

  1. Open Chrome Settings.

5. Check Incognito settings

If you use Incognito, allow Wiza in Incognito and add the required site-data exceptions. Otherwise, test the flow in a regular window.

6. Remove only Wiza site data

If the problem continues, remove stored site data for Wiza only. Sign in again and refresh LinkedIn.

Do not clear all browser cookies unless Support asks you to do so.

7. Test for an extension conflict

Temporarily disable other LinkedIn extensions. Refresh LinkedIn and test Wiza again.
