Sometimes the number of leads in your scraped results on Wiza doesn’t match the number of people in your LinkedIn search or lead list.  

There are a few reasons this happens:

  1. In a LinkedIn search, Wiza removes duplicates from the scrape so you don’t get charged twice for valid emails. This can lead to fewer results.

  2. In a lead list, the discrepancy is likely because some of the leads on your list are missing their Account information. To fix the issue, open up the lead list in Sales Navigator and look in the 'Account' column. If any of your leads display '+ Add Account', it means you’ll need to specify the account before scraping with Wiza. Check out the screenshot below. 

If your scrapes are returning 0 results, it means you’re using a shared lead list.
