Sometimes the number of leads in your exported results on Wiza doesn’t match the number of people in your LinkedIn Sales Navigator Search or Lead List.
There are a few reasons this happens:
In a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Search, Wiza removes duplicates from the scrape so you don’t get charged twice for valid emails. This can lead to fewer results.
In a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lead List, the discrepancy is likely because some of the leads on your list are missing their Account information. To fix the issue, open up the Lead List in Sales Navigator and look in the Account column. If any of your leads display + Add Account, it means you’ll need to specify the account before exporting with Wiza. Check out the screenshot below.
