Export a Sales Navigator search with more than 2,500 results

LinkedIn Sales Navigator limits the results you can view in a search. Standard searches usually show up to 2,500 people.

Previously, Wiza users could split a large Sales Navigator search into smaller segments. They could then export each segment through the Wiza Chrome extension.

LinkedIn has changed what third-party Chrome extensions can do on its platform. Wiza no longer supports bulk exports from Sales Navigator search results.

This change applies to all Wiza accounts and plans.

Yes. Use Wiza Prospect to build and export large lead lists.

Wiza Prospect searches Wiza’s professional database instead of exporting results from Sales Navigator. You can search for people by criteria such as:

Review the results, create a list, and select how many contacts you want to enrich. You can then download the list or send it to a connected integration.

You can export a Wiza Prospect search in smaller batches and continue it later.

When you configure the first list, select Export all leads. Use the numeric range option if you only want to export part of the search.

To start the next batch, use Continue Previous Lists in Wiza Prospect. Wiza loads the original search and skips the leads you already exported.

Do not select leads one at a time if you plan to continue the list. Wiza can continue lists only when you use Export all leads or a numeric range.

Yes. You can still use Wiza on one person at a time.

Open the person’s full Sales Navigator profile and select the floating Wiza icon. You can then find contact information, add the person to a Wiza list, or send them to your CRM.
