How do I upload my contacts to Monitor?
First, if you haven't activated Wiza Monitor, please reach out to us via live chat or at hello@wiza.com for more details.
Once it's enabled, navigate to 'Monitor' at the top of your dashboard, where you’ll find an upload portal for adding contacts to be monitored.
To start Monitoring contacts, you'll need a CSV file of the contacts you wish to monitor. Once you have that, you’ll need to make sure you have the contact name and company. Having their LinkedIn URL, email, or both will yield even better results.
Click on + Add Contacts to start the upload process, as seen in the screenshot below.
You’ll then be redirected to a page where you can review/Map your fields. Once everything looks correct, click 'Next Step >.'
Your contacts will be successfully uploaded, and you’ll see the total number of monitored contacts.
What is Contacts Monitored?
This simply shows the total number of contacts you've uploaded to Wiza monitor. You can adjust the time frame in which you'd like to view them, and you may download the CSV of all the contacts.
What are Job Title Changes?
Once your list is uploaded, you’ll be able to see any job title changes instantly. These reflect contacts who have changed roles since you initially collected their information.
Like in the 'Contacts Monitored' section, you can set a specific time frame to view these job title changes. You also have the option to download a CSV file, which will display both their previous and current job titles.
What are Company Changes?
This section shows the total number of contacts who have changed companies. You can customize the time frame to view specific changes and download a CSV file, which will list both the previous and current company for each contact.
Recent Changes
At the bottom of the Monitor page, you'll find a convenient view of contacts with recent changes. You can manage a few options from this view: apply filters such as 'Job Title Changes' or 'Company Changes,' or choose to view all contacts. This feature lets you quickly identify contacts with specific updates and download a CSV file for your records.
Will I be notified of any changes, and if so, when can I expect to receive that information?
Wiza will send you an email at the end of each week with updated information to keep you informed about any changes in positions or companies.
Can contacts be updated in my CRM?
Yes! Wiza allows you to integrate with your CRM and update outdated contact information seamlessly.
To get started, open Monitor and select "Add Contacts." Right away, you'll have the option to connect to your CRM, as shown in the image below.
Once connected, Wiza will notify you when contact details are updated. You can choose to apply updates automatically or manually, which can be managed under Alerts (as seen here).
Additionally, you have the flexibility to sync contacts individually from the Monitor dashboard, as shown in the screenshot.
What other alerts can I set up for updated contacts?
You have several options under the Set Up Alerts feature. You can enable Slack notifications and customize your email alerts to receive updates on company changes, job changes, or both—tailored to your preferences.
