There could be several reasons why you're facing this issue. First, ensure you're fully logged into your Wiza account. Once confirmed, check the following steps outlined in this article.

In this article:

Update Extension

If your Wiza extension hasn't been updated recently, right-click on it, choose "Manage extensions," and verify the current version. Visit the Chrome Web Store to check for updates and install if needed.

Manage extension

Site Access

Ensure LinkedIn is enabled for Wiza access. Right-click on the extension, select "Manage extension," and navigate to "Site access." If LinkedIn is disabled, turn it on and refresh LinkedIn.

If you prefer using Incognito, enable Wiza access by right-clicking the extension, choosing "Manage extension," navigating to "Site access," and enabling "Allow in Incognito."
