In this article, we’ll walk you through how to save your searches in Wiza. Saving your searches ensures you can easily return to them later, pick up where you left off, apply additional filters, and continue enriching contact data — all without starting from scratch.
How to Save a Search
Once you’ve successfully built a search using filters, you can save it for future use by clicking the purple “Save Search” button located in the filtering section. This button remains visible and accessible as you navigate through the different filter options, so no matter where you are in the search-building process, you’ll be able to save your progress at any time.
After clicking the “Save Search” button, a prompt will appear asking you to give your search a name. This step helps you easily identify it later, especially if you plan to save multiple searches. Once done, hit Save Search.
As shown in the screenshot, simply enter a clear, descriptive name that reflects the filters or purpose of the search — for example, “Founders Toronto” or “Q3 Outreach Targets.” Once saved, you’ll be able to access it anytime from your Search History.
How to Find Your Saved Searches
You can access your saved searches at any time by navigating to your Search History, located in the top-left corner of the screen next to the “Hide Filters” button.
Once you click the Search History button, you’ll be taken to the Recent Searches tab by default. To view your saved searches, simply select the “Saved” tab at the top of the window. There, you’ll see a list of all your saved searches, organized in the order they were saved for easy access.
Each saved search will display the number of filters applied along with the name you gave it. To open and continue working with a search, click “Apply.”
If you’d like to copy the link to share it, rename the search, or remove it from your saved list, click the three vertical dots in the corner of the search card to access those options.
